1.     I / We am/are an adult person / a firm and legally competent to enter into Business.

2.     All Details Provided, should be correct & true. In case of false information B.A. will be liable for compensation paying due to such incorrect information.

3.     Business Associates Membership is not transferable.

4.     All payments are to be made by D/D in the favour of Sri Viswas Marketing Services. Payable At Hyderabad.

5.     In case of any disputes or differences in any matter the decision of Company will be final.

6.     All the remittance to be made directly at the company's office only. The company shall not be responsible for any payment made any where else or to anybody else. The Business Associates of the company are not authorized to issue any receipt, on behalf of the company.

7.     Maximum total income pay out (including rewards income) 75% only.

8.     upon acceptance of this application by Sri Viswas Marketing Services. I/We will be an independent Business Associate responsible for my/our business and not as an employee of Sri Viswas Marketing Services. . I/We will not be treated as an employee in regard to any labour laws and shall not claim any E.S.I, P.F., Gratuity, or any other benefits under any act presently in force or such act which may come into force from time to time including the workman's compensation act and such other allied labour laws.

9.     Following amounts are to be paid by B.A. members and hence will be deducted from the incentives.
* TDS, * Maintenance Charges 5%, * Advance if any.

10.   Minimum incentive payable Rs. 200/-. Incentive below Rs. 200/- will be carried forward for next pay out.

11.   Independent Business Associates is not compelled to bring or sponsor any other Independent Business Associates. he / she can do it they wish for their own gain.

12.   All B.A. Membership are to note that company Literature, Brochure Etc. are not to be reprinted translated of misused. Spreading of nay sort misleading information, giving false information, commitments to lure the policy seeker s are viewed very seriously. Stern action will be taken against these indiscipline activates; even membership can also be terminated with/without prior notice.

13.   Sri Viswas Marketing Services. will not refund any amount of any kind.

14.   The company reserves all right to change, modify or revise the business concepts, plans, products, services,rules & regulations benefits etc. at any time and it would be binding all members/associates of the company.

15.   upon death of the Independent Business Associates, the rights and responsibilities of there Independent Business Associates are passed on to thee rightful nominee ad per the law. The nominee shall be bound by the rules and regulations of the original Independent Business Associates agreement and abide by the company/s rules and regulations.

16.   If any Independent Business Associates is not able to qualify for the product from his commission income he has to pay the balance amount of the product within 90 days of joining and take the delivery of product.

17.   I/ We understand that the Sri Viswas Marketing Services. Plan is program built on retail sales of products to the ultimate consumer, there by avoiding middlemen and passing on the benefits of such direct sales in the form of sales incentives of the Independent Business Associates.

18.   Complaints for the product will be entertained within 48 hours only.

19.   As on today the time limited for the membership is on year. Time to time declared renewal charges every year.

20.   All rewards will be treated on Ex. Showroom price.

21.   All disputes will be subjected HYDERABAD Jurisdictions only.
